The availability of individual services may depend on the property, system type and site requirements.

2. Quotations

Any quotation provided by us is based on the information available at the time of assessment.

A quotation may be subject to change if:

  • Site conditions differ from those originally described

  • Additional contamination or access issues are identified

  • Additional work is requested

  • The scope of work changes

  • Unexpected site conditions require additional labour or equipment

Any significant changes to the agreed scope should be discussed with the customer before additional work is carried out, where reasonably possible.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Customers should provide accurate information when requesting or booking a service.

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges may apply where applicable and will be communicated to the customer.

4. Access to the Property

The customer is responsible for providing our team with reasonable and safe access to the areas requiring inspection, cleaning or maintenance.

Where specialist access panels or other access arrangements are required, these may be discussed and quoted separately.

We may postpone or stop work if safe access cannot be provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and systems

  • Inform us of known hazards or restrictions

  • Provide suitable access to relevant areas

  • Ensure appropriate permissions are obtained where required

  • Follow any recommendations provided after inspection or cleaning

The customer remains responsible for the general management and safety of their premises.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance Services

We will carry out agreed services with reasonable care and skill.

The exact results of cleaning may depend on the condition, design, accessibility and previous maintenance history of the system.

Cleaning does not necessarily correct underlying mechanical, structural or design problems.

Where we identify issues outside the agreed scope of work, we may provide recommendations for further investigation or maintenance.

7. Reports and Documentation

Where included within the agreed service, we may provide documentation such as:

  • Before and after photographs

  • Cleaning reports

  • Inspection reports

  • Maintenance recommendations

  • Post-clean verification

  • Relevant service documentation

Customers should retain these records as part of their own maintenance and compliance records.

8. Fire Safety and Compliance

Our services may support a customer's wider maintenance and fire-safety procedures.

However, the customer remains responsible for ensuring that their premises meet all applicable legal, regulatory, insurance and safety requirements.

Our cleaning, inspection or maintenance service should not be considered a substitute for a complete fire-risk assessment or other specialist compliance advice unless specifically agreed in writing.

9. Payment

Payment terms will be stated on the relevant quotation, invoice or service agreement.

Customers are responsible for making payment within the agreed payment period.

Where payment is not received within the agreed period, we reserve the right to suspend further services until outstanding amounts are settled.

10. Damage and Liability

We will take reasonable care when carrying out our services.

Customers should inform us before work begins of any fragile equipment, restricted areas, known defects or other conditions that may affect the work.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for problems caused by pre-existing defects, incorrect information supplied by the customer, inaccessible areas or conditions outside our reasonable control.
